Incredible app in every respect, but not having volume control or a fn / function key is a barrier I consistently run into. Add these features and 5 stars all the way!

I was very excited. Remote control from my iPhone - sounded awesome! So I downloaded this app and the corresponding download onto my iMac to make sure everything was in accordance with their set-up instructions. So as instructed I Configured my Mac and download the HippoConnect on both my iPhone and iMac. First off, I should note that my Mac said essentially, "dont" but I figured I just wouldnt put in any personal info and completely make up some random password... should be safe, right... heres where it gets weird. My Mac has ALWAYS been smooth with no lag time between my cursor and whatever Im doing (whether moving or enlarging windows around on the screen or right click-ing and scrolling through those desktop options: pretty basic stuff) In short, I couldnt do any of that stuff without horrible lag time to the point where I couldnt even do some of the basic things I just listed. It was kinda cool when my phone mirrored the cursor on the screen but the "disconnect" was so bad I uninstalled it off my Mac and iPhone asap. Im hoping in the morning (after a hard shut down and overnight rest) it will be like my same ol smooth running iMac... hoping *fingers crossed* It worked but not without totally freaking me out, well see in the morning :/

Practically lifesaving for the lazy man. Nothing beats being able to use my desktop computer from my bed across the room.

Free. Easy. No issues. Used for my living room pc and for a laptop that has a broken keyboard. Used the onscreen keyboard to set it up and have been able to use the laptop easily ever since.

Using from so many years never had any issues, I like it o much!

I have a Toshiba Satellite C655 and I have it connected to a 19" monitor but I dont have a keyboard for it, well my iPod now substitutes! All because of HippoRemote! This app saved me some money and it works really well! Thank you dev!

Works perfectly for me. Its great handy tool to have and I never had any issues with it. Sometimes the adds might be annoying but not intrusive and with the upgrade you get no ads.

!^_^!3 No cord, no USB, no Bluetooth! Easy set up, easy to use. What not to love about this app. Thank you Hippo Remote. Just make sure write down the password. I had to reset mine 3 months later.

Sometimes not getting connected to the already connected computer. Need to delete the added device and connect again. Auto connect options is not there, but I could see that in demo video.
